Sure, school can be hard work—for kids and parents. It all does no good if we forget to be kind. Mater Dei has traditions like our multi-age student-led “houses” and a morning walk together that are meant to connect deeper as people. Mater Dei students get to experience an atmosphere that fosters respect, empathy, and understanding. It is our hope that they will take that experience and carry it to their high schools when they graduate.
